We study a multitude of weapons in the Bujinkan arts:

• Kenjutsu (Sword)
• Tantojutsu (Knife)
• Bojutsu (Stick weapons)
• Soujutsu (Spears and polearms)
• Shurikenjutsu (Thrown weapons)
• Rope & Chain weapons (kusari fundo, kyoketsu-shoge, etc.)
• Firearms
• Kakashi-buki (hidden weapons)

There are no rank requirements to train with any of these weapons, and we often look at at least one weapon’s utility each class. We all begin with the basics of each of these and as we improve, progressively increase the difficulty.
