We like to know when someone new is coming to the dojo. The door may even be locked after class has started, or there may have been a last-minute change of schedule. So, please reach out ahead of time to let us know if you’d like to come by.
Our current class schedule is:
Monday: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Wednesday: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Thursday: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Sunday: 3:00pm – 4:30pm
New Class Offering!
We now offer a class specifically for Women’s Self Defense. Our own Joshua Geckles Shihan has been teaching a Women’s Self Defense class for some time in Hampton Cove, but has recently moved his class to our own dojo! These classes take place on Sunday afternoon from 1:00pm – 2:30pm. Please reach out if you’d like to attend!
Ready to give it a try, but not sure what to expect? Check out our blog post on “First time in the Dojo”! Sunday classes are taught by one of our senior black belt instructors. During this session, the focus is on the basics, while trying to add context to what was studied during the weekday classes — a great option for beginners. However, first-time attendees are encouraged to attend a weekday evening class, first.
